Luis Carlos (Luisca) is an Executive Sous Chef at Black Iron Burger. He has over 14 years of experience working in restaurants and received his culinary education from the Hotel and Restaurant Culinary School Taberna del Alabardero. Seville (Spain).

Luisca has been with Black Iron Burger since the company acquired the original Black Iron Burger location on the East Village. Creative at heart, Luiska’s inspiration in the kitchen also comes from his love and passion for Hip-Hop music, street and modern art.
