Messenger & WhatsApp Communication – Legal Information

Service Provider & Data Processor
We use the service SLACE, provided by SLACE GmbH, Ackerstr. 3e, 10115 Berlin. SLACE acts as a data processor on our behalf and enables us to communicate with you via messaging services.

Purpose of Data Processing
Your personal data is used to communicate with you through Messenger and WhatsApp. If you have consented to receive information through other channels, we may also contact you via those channels.

MessageLink & Attribution
We use MessageLink, a service by SLACE, to enable predefined messages to be sent via messaging apps. SLACE also uses MessageLink Attribution to identify the source of your inquiry, allowing us to respond specifically to your request. This ensures you receive the targeted communication you requested.
